The TPG assists in protecting key intellectual property; provides legal counsel about mergers, acquisitions, contracts (including government contracts), and commercial transactions; and represents businesses in technology-related or commercial litigation.

Our practice handles all aspects of intellectual property, including trademark, copyright, and patent registration and advice; enforcement of intellectual property rights; unfair competition; and purchase, sale, or licensing of intellectual property rights. Attorneys in this group also handle Internet and domain-name issues, media and advertising law, packaging, labeling, manufacturing and distribution agreements, franchising, trade-secret protection, and data protection.
