Lewis speaks at national conference On March 30, 2008, Rodney C. Lewis spoke at the 68th annual conference of the National School Board Association in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Lewis spoke about Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. When a school system receives a federal grant, it must comply with the provisions of the act which bars discrimination against people with disabilities. |
