  Ms. Harper’s practice is centered on business law and employment law. She has worked on legal issues involving business organizations, mergers, options, warrants, franchise agreements, and stock-purchase agreements. She has also assisted with issues involving small businesses and their interactions with the Small Business Administration in the pursuit of government contracts. She has assisted with the litigation of a number of employment discrimination cases involving racial discrimination, sexual harassment, and sex discrimination.
