  The focus of Mr. Jenkins’ practice is tax law, especially with how it interacts with business and corporate law. He has assisted both individual and corporate clients in structuring transactions to ensure the most beneficial tax treatment under current law. He has experience forming, dissolving, and advising general partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, S corporations, and limited liability partnerships. In addition, he has prepared opinion letters, simple and complex wills, simple and complex trusts, buy-sell agreements, and letter offerings.

Mr. Jenkins has represented the Internal Revenue Service before the U.S. Tax Court and is admitted to practice before all Alabama state courts.
