Mr. Faulkner’s practice is centered on litigation and general civil practice. He has experience in defending government entities in lawsuits alleging civil rights violations and employment discrimination. He also has experience with employment issues in the private sector. He has worked on cases involving shopping centers, manufacturers, government contracts, jail conditions, First Amendment claims, and excessive force and police brutality.
Mr. Faulkner is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court (Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
