Mr. Brooks’ practice is centered on labor and employment law, addressing such concerns as charges of discrimination before the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), defense of employment-related claims in state and federal courts (including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliatory discharge), representation in overtime and labor-standards issues, and preparing employee handbooks and personnel policies. Mr. Brooks is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
