Mr. Wilson’s practice is centered on general litigation, with an emphasis on the defense of personal injury claims (automobile and industrial accidents) and products liability (defective foods, faulty construction, and manufacturing equipment). He also practices employment law with an emphasis on wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), both advising clients with a goal of avoiding litigation and representing clients in litigation. He regularly represents clients in both federal and state courts throughout the north Alabama area and handles matters at both trial and appellate court levels. Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
