Mr. Starnes is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully litigated almost every type of legal dispute, ranging from technical intellectual property disputes to ordinary tort claims. The primary focus of his current practice is defending claims arising out of the workplace, such as workers’ compensation, retaliatory discharge, wrongful death, co-employee, and products liability claims.
Mr. Starnes is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
