Mr. Hundley concentrates on both jury and nonjury trial work in state and federal courts, particularly in the areas of negligence, workers’ compensation, retaliatory discharge, wrongful termination, tort of outrage, and general insurance defense matters. Mr. Hundley has also completed training and certification as a mediator and arbitrator and is a member of the State Court Mediator Roster, as approved by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Hundley is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Alabama) and all Alabama state courts.
Mr. Hundley is the instructor for an on-line continuing legal education (CLE) course: Workers’ Compensation: The Case From Start to Finish sponsored by the Alabama Bar Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ABICLE).
