Mr. Pendergrass concentrates his practice on general business and corporate law and business transactions. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and commercial litigation. He has prepared, among other items, merger and acquisition agreements, stock-purchase agreements, sales contracts, leases, non-competition agreements, and employment agreements. Mr. Pendergrass is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
