Mr. Heacock's practice is concentrated in the areas of business and commercial litigation and representation of public entities. It includes arbitration and mediation of commercial disputes, both as an attorney and as an arbitrator on the panel of the American Arbitration Association.
Mr. Heacock is admitted to practice before the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits; the U.S. District Court (Northern District of Alabama); and all Alabama state courts.
