Mr. Campbell’s practice is primarily devoted to health-related matters, including medical staff issues, medical staff and hospital bylaws, medical staff contracts, certificate-of-need issues, hospital bond financing, managed-care matters, health-plan issues, hospital networking, and physician practice management, including Stark physician self-referral rules. He serves as general counsel for Huntsville Hospital and HealthGroup of Alabama, an affiliation of Decatur General Hospital, Athens-Limestone Hospital, Coffee Health Group, Marshall Medical Centers, and Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Campbell is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court (Northern District of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.
