  Mr. Robinson specializes in general civil litigation matters with an emphasis on the defense of workers' compensation suits and other claims against employers. He has broad experience in representing liability insurers in the defense of personal injury and property damage claims, residential and commercial real estate and construction disputes, and products liability, as well as direct suits against insurance companies for alleged wrongful denial of claims.

He also represents two automobile dealers and defends various claims and suits arising from their sales and service of automobiles.

Mr. Robinson has also completed training and certification as a mediator and is a member of the State Court Mediator Roster, as approved by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution.

Mr. Robinson is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Military Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Court (Northern District of Alabama), and all Alabama state courts.

    CIVIC ACTIVITIES & OTHER EXPERIENCES
    Mr. Robinson served 4 years on active duty as a judge advocate in the U. S. Air Force. Mr. Robinson then served 25 years in the Air Force Reserve and Alabama Air National Guard before retiring with the rank of Colonel. His last assignment was as Staff Judge Advocate for Headquarters, Alabama Air National Guard, Montgomery, Alabama.

    He is active in local civic and community affairs and is a board member of several nonprofit organizations.
