Mr. Arnston’s practice involves a broad range of civil litigation. His cases involve the defense of nursing homes, product manufacturers, and builders. He has been involved in industrial death cases and wrongful death matters involving tractor-trailer accidents. Recently, Mr. Arnston has expanded his practice to include shareholder derivative lawsuits and other corporate litigation matters. Mr. Arnston is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama) and all Alabama state courts.
