Mr. Campbell's practice is primarily devoted to health-related matters, including medical staff issues, medical staff and hospital bylaws, medical staff contracts, certificate-of-need issues, hospital bond financing, managed-care matters, health-plan issues, hospital networking, and physician practice management, including Stark physician self-referral rules.
