Mr. Stafford’s practice is centered on intellectual property: patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has drafted patent, trademark, and copyright applications, engaged in prosecution of patent and trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and analyzed a broad range of copyright issues. He has also been involved in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.
