The focus of Mr. Jenkins' practice is corporate and business law, tax law, estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and technology. Mr. Jenkins assists clients with various corporate transactions, such as mergers, stock sales, asset sales, and complex licensing arrangements and assists both individual and corporate clients in structuring transactions to ensure the most beneficial tax treatment under current law. He has experience forming, dissolving, and advising general partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, S corporations, and limited liability partnerships. Mr. Jenkins also advises clients on estate and gift tax issues and prepares simple and complex estate plans.
